¡Hola que tal! Soy Luis M. Jara, fotógrafo de eventos en la CDMX, especializado en foto social y periodística.

 

Mi tutor fue el fotógrafo y profesor Rubén Pax, co-fundador del periódico La Jornada.

He colaborado con instituciones como World Animal Protection , el Queen Elizabeth Hospital y el periódico The Guardian, así como con algunas agencias noticiosas y sociales en México, como El Canal Salud de la Ciudad de México. Algunos de mis retratos han sido seleccionados en concursos y muestras en México e Inglaterra.

Hi there! I'm Luis M. Jara, an event and artistic photographer located in Mexico City, specializing in social and journalistic photography.

​

I was instructed by photographer and professor Rubén Pax, co-founder of the newspaper La Jornada since year 2000.

​

I have collaborated with international institutions such as World Animal Protection, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and The Guardian newspaper as well as with some news and social agencies in Mexico, such as The Health Channel in Mexico City. Some of my portraits have also been selected in contests and exhibitions in Mexico and England.
